1. What information do you require for starting the case?

We require subject's name, address and photograph to start with. It would be better if you can share details like mobile number, car / two-wheeler registration number, employer, employment details, email id of the subject. Further, we request you to put any additional info / notes / background on the case which may come handy to us while investigating.


2. What details you can provide in the investigation report?

Our reports are focused to the relevant case with all supporting information and professional touch. The report is made in a structured way with details of client, subject, client requirement and investigation related facts. We constitute an investigation team comprising of investigators with domain knowledge of the case. The team is briefed with the case details and client requirement along with turnaround time. The team will take up the case and perform investigation as deemed fit for the case. The report is subsequently made with professional touch after taking all the discreet details and supporting evidence like photo / video clippings, surveillance made on the subject etc. The report is confidential and shared only with the client concerned.


3. How do you perform the investigation?

The method investigation is unique and varies from case to case. We do conduct surveillance, observation, discreet inquiries, social media analysis, use of spy gadgets etc. and is confidential.


4. Would subject come to know that I have hired you?

We ensure cent percentage confidentiality of the case and is of paramount importance while dealing with our clients.


5. How can you claim about quality of output as there are so many agencies doing investigation?

Yes, there are numerous investigation agencies spread across India and many of them are not professional. So please be careful before choosing the correct and genuine investigation agency as many of them take advance money and vanish from the scene. We are ISO certified investigation agency and we have a dozen credentials under our fold to claim that we are the genuine investigation agency.


6. Is the information provided by me would be kept confidential?

Yes. We understand how critical it is for you and your organisation to keep the matters under wrap. Therefore, all the information you provide and the result of the investigation is kept 100% confidential.


7. What is the basis for your professional charges?

There is no hard and fast rule as it varies from case to case. We study the total scape of work involved in each case and accordingly we intimate our clients to pay our professional charges and it is quite competitive.


8. What is the turnaround time for completing the case?

It depends on the case and we would inform this well in advance before taking up the case for investigation. In any case it is generally from 10 to 20 days.


9. Do I need to sign an agreement?

We want our valued clients to fill-in the standard application form mentioning the details in respect of client, subject and investigation requirements. The client or his representative needs to sign the form along with its terms and conditions and arrange for payment.


10. What is the mode of payment?

We do accept all modes of payment such as cash, cheque, and online fund transfer. For international clients, we even accept Western Union.


11. What if I’m not happy with the amount of time it will take to finish my project?

You are aware that investigation is a lengthy process based on leads/ links. It demands patience, concentration, speed and surveillance. We put in our best efforts to accommodate each client on priority and avoid rushing through any operation to maintain confidentiality and quality. We take pride in completing the task in shortest time frame through, error free operations.


12. How fast can you start an investigation?

Generally, we appreciate a 24-hours prior notice, but in some urgent cases, we can begin investigation as soon as one to three hours. However, weekends are usually very busy so far and so, we would like an advance notice. To know how fast we can start your case, speak to us.


13. Can you name a few of your satisfied clients?

No, we cannot. Even though we have a long list of satisfied clients, we strictly abide by our confidentiality clause. We do not make public the list of our clients.


14. Will I be collecting trustworthy information?

During the investigation, our investigators strive to collect facts regarding the case. The facts are submitted along with the information, and therefore, you can be sure of their reliability and trustworthiness.


15. What are your working hours?

16. Will you be providing me with a one-point contact throughout my case?

Through your case, your point of contact will be the head of our agency. He will personally oversee and supervise the case, making sure that everything goes on smoothly. He will also explain you deeply all the intricacies of the case and provide you with any additional help as you may require. The management of your case will be centralized and you do not have to worry about any breach of confidentiality.


17. What if customer asks to avoid meeting and keep their identity secret?

Client reserves the right to secure themselves and exercise caution. We can communicate through phones, e-mails, etc.
